Karafuris—ice dragon and king of the Frozen Peaks, whose diamond hoard the dark magician offered like a bribe for the human king's seat. Twenty times a man's size, scales rimed with frost, breath that closes a valley; four snow-tigers stand for him at the first frozen gate.
