Luisa Madrani—associate professor of psychology at the University of Limari in Bologna; teaches a small clinical seminar with no slides, three chairs in a circle, and a single question per session that travels home with the student. She came to the chair after a decade in clinical practice and ten years of supervising others; she chooses each cohort by hand and works them slowly. She closes a notebook as you knock.
