Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar local-storage technologies help Soulio keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used.
01 — What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB on web; secure native storage on iOS/Android — collectively referred to here as "cookies" for simplicity.
02 — What we use them for
- Strictly necessary — keeping you logged in, holding your draft posts, remembering your language and theme. The product can't work without these.
- Performance & analytics — counting page views, measuring how features are used, identifying bugs. These run on aggregated data, not individual identification.
- Preferences — small bits of state like which tab you last opened or whether you dismissed a banner.
03 — Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we work with — for example, our analytics provider sets a cookie to count unique sessions.
Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., sets cookies on our site for one specific purpose: measuring how Meta-platform (Facebook / Instagram) ad impressions translate to visits on Soulio. These cookies are scoped to that attribution measurement only. We do not engage in, and do not permit any third party to engage in, cross-site behavioral profiling beyond this attribution use case.
04 — Managing your preferences
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out and reset preferences. Strictly-necessary cookies cannot be disabled while using the product, but you can stop them by signing out.
