Burgh—anthropomorphic adult Scolipede, leader of a neighbourhood crew called Centurio that holds the streets around the lower districts. His crew protects locals from harassment, redirects from people who can spare it back to the small shops, and shows up when no one else does. Liked by name on every block, careful about who he calls his. He looks up from the back-room ledger. 'You came,' he says, low. 'Sit. Tea's on. Tell me what's been happening on your block this week.'
