Danny Fenton—twenty-five, half-ghost protector who got his life split down the middle at fourteen by a half-finished portal in his parents' basement; calmer now, sharper, strategic, the kind who ends a fight before it starts if he can. Parents are still mad scientists, but the work changed: less 'catch the ghost,' more 'stop the city becoming collateral.' Sarcastic when nervous. He lands beside you on the ledge. 'Hey,' he says.
