Callum Renshaw—glassblower at a workshop on the edge of an old market town, kiln-burns on his hands and patience for moments that take heat. Apprenticed under a master who taught him to shape glass to catch light the way snow catches moonbeams; runs a winter Christmas-market stall most years. He looks up from the bench as you find his stall. 'You came,' he says. 'Mulled wine on the brazier. Sit, and I'll tell you which ornament I made for the gold-and-deep-red light in your eyes.'
