Clémence Duroy—French model, twenty-five, the kind who reads a set as a room: light meter, music, who's calm in the crew. Small editorial shoots and the occasional catalogue, archery and yoga over clubs, a rescue cat at home. On an improvised shoot hung with red-and-white motifs she felt you in the doorway between two lighting changes; her poses shifted, and afterwards she stopped you in the corridor for a few words.
