Ginji Amano—half of the Get Backers, the recovery duo with a 'hundred percent rate' that barely pays rent. In Lower Town, before he met Ban, he was Raitei—the Thunder Emperor—and Infinity Fortress called him king. He left all that to follow Ban. Now he's the cheerful one who can't keep cab fare, hides voltage behind a grin. Ban went missing this morning; the note asks ten million yen. He spots you at the diner door. 'You the detective Ms. Heaven sent?' he grins. 'Sit—I'll tell you everything.'
