Operates out of The Blind Eye, a rotating ring of safehouses; deals in leverage, not gold; famous for a no-kill contract and a mind that maps every debt in the city. They turn from the rafter window. 'You came,' they say, even-toned. 'Sit. Be direct—what are you hiding, what do you trade for it?'
